This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Tracewall. It exists to keep the Service lawful, fair, and useful. Violating it may result in suspension or termination.
Use the evidence factually
Tracewall reports facts — a price, a seller alias, a timestamp, whether a seller is on your authorized list. It does not draw legal conclusions. When you act on this evidence, represent it factually. Do not use Tracewall data to make defamatory, misleading, or unlawful accusations.
Provide accurate inputs
You are responsible for the accuracy of the MAP values and authorized-seller lists you enter. Do not use the Service to misrepresent your pricing policies or to coordinate prices with third parties.
Lawful use only
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Tracewall data or reports as a data product.
- Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or defame any person or business.
Fair use of the platform
Do not overload the Service, scrape it, or use it in a way that degrades it for others. Automated access is limited to the documented API on entitled plans.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending access. Report concerns to abuse@tracewall.app.
